Japan Expo 2011 - La Mégacarte

Après l'hypercarte 2008, la powercarte 2009, l'ultracarte 2010 faite par Arez, tant de fidélité ne pouvait donner qu'une Mégacarte.

La SEFA ayant cette année distribué l'agencement sous forme de PDF incomplets et de JPG sous-dimensionnés, nous avons dû bosser avec les moyens du bord - métaphore appropriée quand Arez m'a aidé depuis son Joli Bateau. Deux fichiers, donc : japanime d'un coté, jeux vidéo de l'autre.

Quoi de neuf cette année, pendant que nous avons épluché chaque exposant pour trouver ceux qui sont à visiter et ceux à éviter ? Dans nos recherches, nous avons hélas remarqué que la contrefaçon est encore très présente : toujours aux mêmes endroits (en bas à gauche), rendant les affiches des organisateurs appelant à la bienveillance des visiteurs toujours plus décevantes. Nous avons aussi remarqué la présence de gens qu'on se demande franchement ce qu'ils foutent là, comme l'opticien Paris Miki, orienté vers les gens qui ont plus d'argent sur le nez que sur votre CCP. Mettez ça dans votre smartphone et croisez-moi dans les allées pour me parler de gâteaux.

Pendant ce temps : Arez, Poshu et moi tenons depuis quelques mois un podcast hebdomadaire sur les jeux vidéo, et je pense qu'il a trouvé son rythme de croisière. Il est disponible sur le Joli Bateau, sur iTunes, et il est diffusé toutes les deux semaines le vendredi et le dimanche sur Radio Tsumugi.

Merci pour la carte, c'est un peu dommage qu'elle arrive en retard par rapport à la JE, pas le temps de l'imprimer.

J'vais balancer une petite liste de stand que j'ai plutôt bien apprécié :

BH29 - Culture Japon SAS
Pas mal d'artbook, quelques mangas, light novels, des magazines de je sais pas quoi avec de la 3D jap.
Notez que deja pas mal de trucs sont épuisés (j'ai eu du bol de tomber dessus par hasard le Jeudi)

Un Italien avec pas mal de fanzines, artbook and co. Très sympa (il m'a filé une petite ristourne sans que j'ai demandé quoique se soit)
Par contre il ne prend que des espèces.
Et je viens de me rendre compte qu'il est signalé en vert, nice :)

Une équipe fanzine dont les produits ont une putain de gueule.
J'ai cru qu'elles avaient imprimés des illustrations officielles !
Juste a coté du stand Fanzine de la brigade sos.

C'est vrai que cette carte est arrivée un peu tard. Cependant, j'ai réussi à éviter le HK après avoir demandé quelques conseils sur le stand AEUG. D'ailleurs, si je me fie à la carte, j'ai acheté au bon endroit (je crois que c'était aussi des Italiens).

Sinon, la plus jolie chose que j'ai vu à la JE, très objectivement :

Un organisateur d'évènements ne peut prouver juridiquement qu'un revendeur fait de la contrefaçon. C'est à Yves Saint-Laurent, Gucci et assimilés de saisir la justice pour "prouver" la nature frauduleuse des produits. Ce qui est souvent long, et surtout très coûteux.

Si l'ayant-droit ne le fait pas, un organisateur d'évènements qui refuse un stand à un revendeur peut être assigné en justice pour "refus de vente", ce qui est strictement interdit dans la Loi française.
Pour fournir une preuve que le revendeur vend de la contrefaçon, l'organisateur doit demander à l'ayant-droit de l'aider, car ce premier n'a aucune autorité légale de le faire. M. le juge n'accepterait pas ça. M. le juge a besoin d'une preuve, en bonne et due forme, de l'ayant-droit. M. le juge n'est pas fan de Manga et n'y connait donc rien. M. le juge, ce gros con, ne peut pas croire sur parole même le gros festival du genre en Europe.

Or, un organisateur n'a pas à faire le travail des Kana, Shueisha, Toei et compagnie, qui laissent faire la contrefaçon à quelques mètres de leur propre stand. Et surtout, un organisateur n'a pas les moyens de reconnaître et prouver juridiquement des produits frauduleux. L'organisateur n'a qu'une seule obligation morale : prévenir les visiteurs.

Si les visiteurs pourraient être certes mieux prévenus, il reste encore déplorable de voir que certains ne cherchent jamais à approfondir le sujet et à cracher sur la "SEFA", même quand on trouve plus de vert que de rouge sur la carte du festival. La prochaine fois, n'oubliez pas de souligner en vert les 80 stands associatifs offerts, et les endroits où on l'on trouve près de 500 000 euros de matériels en scènes, prestations techniques et staff, pour faire tourner 700 heures de programmation pour des abrutis de pseudo-fans défoncés au Cosplay et au Hentai.
Tout ça pour faire de la thune, ce qui est mal, évidemment. On devrait télécharger illégalement Japan Expo, ça mettrait presque tout le monde d'accord !

Puisque tu as l'air si bien renseigné (bien que tu ne donne aucune source), quel est ton avis sur le rôle de la police ? Je veux dire, si monsieur le responsable du plus gros festival d'Europe n'a aucune "autorité légale" à fournir une preuve, qu'est-ce qui l'empêche de demander à des professionnels de la répression des fraudes et de la contrefaçon de réagir à sa place ? Il parait qu'on a une équipe dédiée à ce genre de manipulations et qu'elle s'intitule la DGCCRF.

Faute de moyens ou de qualification à déterminer ce qui est vrai ou pas, ces gens ne se déplacent aussi que si l'ayant-droit leur demande ^^'
D'ailleurs voilà plusieurs fois qu'ils passent sur le salon et qu'ils distribuent quelques amendes et suppriment des marchandises. Mais ça reste malheureusement tellement minime que personne ne s'en rend compte... Et oui, même si un stand est plein de contrefaçons, ils ne sanctionneront que les produits signalés par l'ayant-droit qui les a contacté !!
Bien complexe tout ça car l'orga même s'il est le patron reste lié par la loi et de fait, est nullement apte à faire disparaitre ces produits. Son recours reste la prévention mais malheureusement, grand nombre de visiteurs ne lisent pas les documents ^^'
